Yes. Recent builds use air-source heat pumps, MVHR, EV charge points and high levels of fabric insulation as standard. We can also build to Passivhaus principles on request.
Yes. NHBC, LABC, Self-Build Zone and ABC+ structural warranties co-ordinated as part of the build, with the certificate handed over on completion.
